basic dosage: 0.1 of bodyweight (lbs) per week. so if you are weighting 200lbs your weekly dosage would be 20iu a week so its almost 3iu a day.
for fat loss and anti-aging: I recommend 3iu to 5iu splited into two shots per day, first one would be first thing in the morning on empty stomach sencond one right before going to bed.(hgh has to be taken on empty stomach)
for mass gain: take 3 shots per week right after training large body parts. So again if you are wrighting 200lbs take your weekly dosage in 3 shots which is around 7iu each. for example after training legs take 7iu after training chest 7iu and after training back 7iu.eat or drink shake 1 hour after the shot.
